Leadership

Pastor Billy was born in Gainesville, FL and raised in Starke, Fl. Billy has been in full-time ministry since 2001.  He is a husband, father, follower of Jesus, and pastor. Billy and his wife Dede have 4 sons, Will, Grant, Evan, and Asher.
 
“Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25 And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock." Matthew 7:24-25

Clint joined out team in 2024 from Gainseville, Fl. He is married to Mariah and together they have three children.

Christen has been serving as our children's ministry director since 2023. Christen is Married to Reid and together they have two children.

"I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God,who loved me and gave himself for me." Galations 2:20 

Glenda Jo has been working in our accounting office since 2023. She and Mark have been married for 29 years. 

Sandi has been on staff at OBC since 2025.  Sandi is married to Charles and they have been married 47 years.

Tori has been working in our accounting office since 2024. She and Karson have been married for 5 years and have two children. 

David has been service as our head of maintenance since 2025 began. He and Colleen have been married for 10 years.
