Leadership

Pastor Billy was born in Gainesville, FL and raised in Starke, Fl. Billy has been in full-time ministry since 2001.  He is a husband, father, follower of Jesus, and pastor. Billy and his wife Dede have 4 sons, Will, Grant, Evan, and Asher.
 
“Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25 And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock." Matthew 7:24-25

Dewayne joined our team in 2025. He is married to Kristy and together they have two children.

Christen has been serving as our Children's Ministry Director since 2023. Christen is married to Reid and together they have two children.

Glenda Jo has been working in our accounting office since 2023. She and Mark have been married for 29 years. 

Holly is new on staff at OBC.  She is married to Casey and they have been married 23 years. Holly has 2 daughters, Addison and Avery.

David has been service as our head of maintenance since 2025 began. He and Colleen have been married for 10 years.
