OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Office Responsibilities :
Personal Responsibilities :
- Handle all phone calls and messages.
- Respond to church emails in a timely fashion.
- Coordinate church financial details with the Accounting Office.
- Prepare and print the church bulletin.
- Maintain the record keeping for the food pantry on Mondays.
- Print the Prayer list for Wednesday night Bible Study.
- Make bank deposits.
- Pay church bills.
- Coordinate with the church clerk for the maintaining of church membership records.
- Coordinate with the Church Clerk to insure all committee lists are up to date.
- Prepare and update deacon family lists.
- Record attendance for all services.
- Update and coordinate the church calendar across all ministries.
- Monitor and order all office supplies and other supplies as requested by staff.
- Monitor copier maintenance.
Personal Responsibilities :
- Be loyal to the vision and staff of Ocilla Baptist Church and always protect the unity of the church.
- Maintain confidentiality in all church and office matters.
- Agree to and uphold the Staff Cultural Values agreement.
